As St Luke’s ElderCare commemorates its 25th anniversary this year, we are also celebrating what is truly priceless to us – the lives, sacrifices and stories of countless elders, care heroes, and partners.
Every individual is akin to a precious pearl, radiating light and grace amid life's challenges.
By 2030, one in four Singaporeans will be aged 65 and above. For our elders, we are committed to doing whatever it takes to protect these treasures placed in our care.
It is time to reframe the narrative of ageing to meet the growing demands and rapidly evolving needs in the community. We are envisioning community care through three key areas - innovation, collaboration, and education - to make a greater impact on our elders and community.
To prepare for the future of ageing, SLEC is launching the SLEC Community Transformation Fund, aiming to raise $30 million over the next five years. We invite you to join us in transforming community care and empowering our elders to age gracefully.
